Advantages of drinking warm water ଅର୍ଥାତ ଗରମ ପାଣି ପିଇବାର ଉପକାରିତା। ଗରମ ପାଣି ମାନେ ଫୁଟନ୍ତା ପାଣି ନୁହେଁ, ଉଷୁମ ପାଣି, ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଯେତିକି ଗରମ ପିଇ ପାରିବେ। ଆପଣ ମାନେ ଅନେକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଶୁଣିଥିବେ ଯେ ଗରମ ପାଣି ପିଇଲେ ବହୁତ ଭଲ, ଥଣ୍ଡା ଧରେ ନାହିଁ, ଓଜନ କମାଇ ଦିଏ, cholesterol କମ କରି ଦିଏ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି, ସେଇ କଥା ସବୁ କେତେଦୂର ଯୁକ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ ତାହା ଆମେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବା।
